These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of ANM, the native token of the Animica blockchain, from this site (buy.animica.org). By completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. The product

You are purchasing ANM, a digital token native to the Animica blockchain. ANM is delivered to the Animica wallet address you provide at checkout. ANM is not a security, an investment contract, or a deposit, and purchases are not insured.

2. Pricing

Quotes are calculated server-side using the active sale curve at the time your quote is created. Each quote is locked for a short period; if your quote expires, you must request a new one. The price you pay is the price shown on the quote you confirm at checkout.

3. Delivery

ANM is delivered to the Animica address you provide. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of Stripe confirming your payment. You are solely responsible for entering the correct address. ANM sent to an address you do not control cannot be recovered.

4. Refunds

Once ANM has been delivered on-chain, your purchase is final and non-refundable. If a payment is captured but delivery has not yet occurred, please contact support to resolve your order.

5. Risks

ANM purchases involve risk, including the risk of total loss. Prices may be volatile. Availability may vary by jurisdiction. Animica may require additional verification or place an order under manual review.

6. No advice

Animica does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making any purchase.

7. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that your purchase does not violate any law applicable to you. We may refuse or reverse a sale at our sole discretion if we believe it is required by law or our risk policies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the ANM you receive.

9. Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
